Hey Guys! It's Christmas Eve and this time I have a dressing recipe to share that I found on the back of my Dole salad bag. I personally love salads, and snack on salads almost everyday. Most of the time I stick to the basic dressing like french or ranch, but I've grown to enjoy home made salad dressings better. I tried this recipe and highly recommend it. It is SOoo good on a salad!
2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
1 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp. Grated Orange Peel
1 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
3/4 cup vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe Note: Above is Dole recipe, but it doesn't hurt to add a personal touch to your dressing.
Serving Suggestions: A few almonds, raspberry raisins, and Mediterranean Salad.
