I love cake! Especially pound cake! It's not the healthiest choice of dessert, but it is very delicious. The cake is not difficult to make and can be a very tasty late night or early morning snack.
#1 - Cream together
1 lb (4) sticks Butter (half and half)
3 C Sugar or (1 lb box powdered sugar)
6 Lg eggs
¼ tsp Baking Powder
Cream
#1 until smooth and light creamy yellow in color. Add #2 ingredients, little by little. Finally, add #3 ingredients. Pour in buttered, floured bunt cake pan. Bake on 350° for approximately
1-hour. Check with toothpick after
45-minutes. If not ready, check every
15-minutes until ready. Should not bake
longer than 1-hour.
